Customer First is a collaboration between FCA and its dealer partners in elevating the customer experience. The Customer First Award for Excellence recipients represent the elite Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat dealerships who have achieved the highest level of customer experience recognition in five core areas: People, Facility, Customer Metrics and Training Certification.
