In January of 2010, my husband and I were looking at a Dodge Caliber that was a bank repo.  We wanted to know about the warranty and how to obtain one if we decided to by the vehicle that the bank had setting in their lot.  We drove out to East Tennessee Dodge in Crossville.  Chris Palk met us at the door and directed us to the bussiness office.  We got our inormation and started to leave, drove around the used lot, and found a green VW Beetle convertible.  Chris came out, got the keyss and we took it out for a test drive.  From the time we pulled in the lot and drove away about 2 hours later with my new VW Beetle, it was nothing like I have experienced at any other lot I have ever been to.  Since that day, it's all been great.  They found the financing and even sent my car for repairs and never thought twice about paying for the repairs that Chris told me he would cover.  The staff is friendly, very accomadating, and follow through with their promises.  I would recomment Chris and East Tennessee Dodge to anyone at anytime.
